SV - Goldfish Goddess

ahahaha I finished it last night then went to sleep before submit it =v= ;; _{simple to say, I forgot to submit it after I noted ~SexyValentine xD;;}

okay :3~ this is for , her goldfish goddess OC xDD~
I like her OC so I chose this.. she has a strong coloring style while I have... well you know.. so far from the word 'strong' ; 3; so please don't mind the the softer color QvQ;;;
